Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Mario has 30+ years of leadership in biotech and  pharmaceutical industries, with deep expertise across R&D, quality, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs.  

 

He founded Blue Stream Laboratories (acquired by Charles River laboratory) and Oncovolution.

He has supported and contributed to the approval of several therapies like Alferon-N®, Amevive®, and Sucraid®, authored 70+ scientific publications, and holds 4 patents.

Mario earned his PhD in Chemistry from New York University, followed by post-doc research and academic positions at Columbia University. Subsequently, he also earned an MBA from Baruch College (CUNY). ​​

Chief Operating Officer

Lindy has 23+ years of experience in drug development and operations. She has held various roles at Sanofi, AbbVie, Takeda, and Pfizer, where she led cross-functional teams and delivered on programs involving 11 different commercial medications.

​

She brings additional technical depth from her time at Waters Corporation, where she filed a provisional patent as a solo inventor.

Lindy received her MS in Analytical Chemistry from Northeastern University, and completed multiple business programs at Harvard Business School, MIT Sloan School of Management, and Cornell University.

Zoser is a serial entrepreneur with 25+ years in scaling startups into multimillion-dollar operations. His background spans chemistry, business, lab operations, compliance, and healthcare management.

He brings strong expertise in business growth, efficiency, and M&A strategy.

Zoser holds an MS in Analytical Chemistry from Stevens Institute of Technology and an MBA from Monmouth University.

Chief Medical Officer and Executive Vice President of Global Clinical Development

Oscar is a physician-scientist with 30+ years of experience in oncology, translational medicine, and global drug development. 

 

He has led clinical development, medical affairs, and regulatory strategy (IND, BLA/NDA) across senior roles in academia, hospitals, government, and the pharmaceutical industry. Authored 50+ publications and received multiple accolades.​

Oscar earned his MD from the University of Kinshasa, completed advanced oncology and pathology training through programs involving the University of Kinshasa, Lausanne, Geneva. He later received a Doctor of Science degree through a joint program with Harvard University and the MIT.​

Chief Scientific Advisor

 

Isabelle is a highly experience expert in drug product development with 25+ years of experience in drug discovery, translational research, biomarkers, and clinical strategy.

 

Her scientific focus includes small molecules, drug conjugates, and biologics, particularly in oncology and immuno-oncology.

 

Isabelle received her PhD in Anatomy and Cell Biology from McGill University, followed by postdoctoral research at Harvard Medical School.

Preclinical Pharmacology Advisor

​

Narayana is a veteran in drug metabolism and preclinical pharmacology with 30+ years of experience.

 

He has led efforts in drug metabolism, PK/PD, preclinical safety, and clinical pharmacology across multiple pharmaceutical companies.

​

Narayana earned his PhD in Chemistry from Vanderbilt University and conducted postdoctoral research at The University of Kansas.​

Salah is the founder of Amel Group with 23+ years in international leadership, defense simulation, and project strategy.

​

Prior to founding the Amel Group, he held prior key roles at Atlantis Systems and Honeywell Aerospace.

Salah holds a PhD in Economics and has also received multiple global business certifications.​
