Oscar L. Kashala, MD, PhD, DSc

Oscar is a physician-scientist with 30+ years of experience in oncology, translational medicine, and global drug development.

He has led clinical development, medical affairs, and regulatory strategy (IND, BLA/NDA) across senior roles in academia, hospitals, government, and the pharmaceutical industry. Authored 50+ publications and received multiple accolades.

Oscar earned his MD from the University of Kinshasa, completed advanced oncology and pathology training through programs involving the University of Kinshasa, Lausanne, Geneva. He later received a Doctor of Science degree through a joint program with Harvard University and the MIT.
